FACILITY
HAA offers a variety of opportunities for members of the community to utilize our space.
The School’s priorities for space use are 1) Curricular 2) Student, family, alumni, faculty/staff, and constituent churches 3) External groups.
* All Rental Inquiries must be consistent with the Schools mission and philosophy. There is no smoking, dancing, or alcoholic beverages allowed on the school premises at any time.
If you are interested in renting space at HAA:

Complete Rental Inquiry Form OR call (630) 323-9211 or email stephen.pacheco@haa.org with your event details, including:
Requested space
Type of event
Date & Time of event

Upon rental inquiry being approved, a memorandum of understanding and a standard facilities-use agreement will be forwarded to you.

A 25% deposit will be required upon issuance of contract (Initial deposit is Non-Refundable if cancellation occurs 7 days or less prior to event). Remaining contractual balances are due 24 hours prior to your scheduled event.

A $125 cleaning fee will be assessed to all rentals with parties of 15 or more (Wedding parties, birthday parties, etc.).

A $125 security deposit will be assessed to all parties 15 or less (Refundable barring any incidentals).

All contracts require a Certificate of Insurance (Submitted with initial contract).

Please expect a minimum turn-around time of 72 hours for all rental inquiries.
